“We stayed at Hotel Martinica from June 10th to 14th as a group of 14 Portuguese guests. We truly appreciated the hospitality of your staff, especially Gabri, who treated us exceptionally well. We would also like to highlight the rest of the team, both men and women, who were all fantastic. The only negative point was when your manager arrived to take over operations at the hotel. The atmosphere became noticeably more rigid, and the staff seemed less at ease. We believe he could treat the team better and show more support toward people who had behaved professionally and kindly throughout our stay.”

“All the staff at the hotel were amazing and so helpful… Our hotel rep Max made sure we made the most of our week and helped us book all the good stuff like Mansion, Lennon’s and Gringo’s Bingo. Would do it all over again, we had the most amazing time.”

“Sorry for I can’t gave 5 star , but as the prices we paid it worth 4.5⭐. We with easyJet package , the last drop off hotel in this area . Arrived 14:50pm , reception told better go for lunch first then back for check in , base on restaurant close on 15:00pm , so nice services ( 24 hrs front desk). Room side ok , a bit noisy from late back guests . No any entertainment present. Room services a bit low class , room floor not clean , simply bed tidy . Towers missed giving . Drink ( all inclusive) . Basic Spirits, all cocktails from a machine mixer like coffee machine , flat glass ( for extra charging guests it will more standard Cocktail on serve ) . Only one Beer on option . Coffee machine different taste on different machines Foods : Breakfast spot on .. Top class Lunch .. Dinners .. lacked verity but fresh cooked Dining area and serving staff all very good . Big outdoor pool , indoor pool with Spa & Steam room . Nice & relaxing. Location : Few minutes walk for Bus stop , Beach , shopping area. A playground park just on the side . Check out day .. a big language room with locker ( help yourself ) . Even after check out we keep enjoy all inclusive activities till times to pick up . Overall feel good.”
